Shipping

UNLOCKED BK partners with independent sellers, whom all manage their own shipping and inventory- all orders are subject to seller's shipping policies and pricing. We do offer free shipping on orders over $50 for select items only. 

Once you place an order, we will process it and notify the seller within 1-2 business days. Once notified the seller ships the order within 2-5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. If tracking information is not received within 3 business days since you ordered your item, please get in touch at unlockedbk@gmail.com.

If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email at unlockedbk@gmail.com within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Returns

While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase.

However, if you have received a damaged product, please email us at unlockedbk@gmail.com within 3 business days from the date that you received your order.
