Today is World Mental Health Day (Oct. 10). See below for some tips on how to maintain your mental health today and everyday!

 

  1. Value yourself! You are wonderfully and beautifully made never forget that.

  2. Take care of your body! Eat good, exercise, get enough rest and drink you water.

  3. Surround yourself with good people! Reach out to your tribe and don't be afraid! Have fun, laugh, cry on their shoulders, meet new people, have deep conversations with like-minded people

  4. Serve others! Find a way to help someone with your money, time, talents.

  5. Quiet your mind! Pray, meditate, relax.

  6. Switch your routine! Plan some time to do something new like reading, coloring, journaling, change your normal walking/jogging/running route

  7. Get help! Get therapy and don't ever feel ashamed about what you are going through
